Booking with us is easy! Simply arrange a suitable date and time with the preschool and book the day(s). It's best to provide us with two possible dates to ensure we are available for you, and to book well in advance, but don't hesitate to try us even if it's at the last minute - there's a good chance we can work something out. When booking the picture day(s), we will discuss with you all the details of what you're looking for including props, indoor or outdoor and cap and gown. And the best part is, there is absolutely no cost to the school! Once the date is set, we'll supply the school with a set of flyers to send home to the parents letting them know the date of the picture day and giving some basic information.

On picture day, 2-3 photographers will arrive at the school before the portrait sittings will start in order to meet up with the teacher and set up all photography equipment. They will require a class list to organize the proofs. The photographers will shoot about 4 different poses per child, including a traditional hat and gown graduation shot if desired.

You can choose whether you'd like the proofs posted online for parents to view or printed on a physical proof sheet to be delivered to the school. If you choose the former, the teacher will need to gather email addresses from parents before the picture day. If you choose printed proofs, the wallet-size, watermarked proofs will be attached to the package lists and returned to the school in approximately 1 week. Packages range from $22-$125.

Set a solid deadline for parents to have their portrait and photo gift orders in. We will arrange a courier to pick up the orders on the specified date and bring them back to our store for processing. Allow about a week for all orders to be completed. All orders will be delivered to the school upon completion.
